Ayanna believes everybody has the potential to be the healer of their own life.Â
On the physical level, we heal our body by supporting and nourishing it with the right food and avoiding toxins that weaken it.Â
On the mental level, we can strengthen our body by giving it enough rest, walking in nature, doing yoga, meditation and lots more.
On the energetic level, we heal our body by making a conscious decision to let go of old wounding, trauma, anger, insecurities or others.
Ayanna will talk about the power of herbs that can be found all around us.

On the simplest level, Runes are symbols that were used by Vikings and the Germanic peoples of Northern Europe. In this talk, Ayanna will delve into the beliefs of those ancient peoples.
When I first embraced the Runes and the ancient knowledge in Norse Mythology, it was not like studying a new subject, but rather awakening something which had been sleeping inside me. From that moment, several years ago, I have been embracing the wisdom of the Runes and using them daily in my life as advisers and guides, for healing and protection.
